1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • Items may only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request an exchange.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please ensure that all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Important Notes Regarding Damaged Items

  • All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
  • If you receive a damaged product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the packaging and the damaged item.
  • If the original packaging appears opened, torn, or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if there is evidence of intentional damage or product use.
  • In case of disputes, an official investigation with the courier company will be opened. Refunds will only be processed after the investigation is completed.

6. Returns with Gift Items

  • If your order included a free gift, sample, or promotional item, it must be returned along with the main product in its original condition and packaging.
  • If the gift is missing, used, or damaged, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Gifts received during special offers or promotions (such as “Buy One, Get One Free”) are also subject to this policy.
